The pharmacist will meet with patients on a weekly basis to review and/or reconcile medication therapies. The pharmacists will also recommend cost-saving alternatives to drug therapies (i.e. copay assistance programs, prescription discount cards/programs, therapeutic alternatives) and will monitor patient adherence and recommend lifestyle changes, if necessary.
PharmAssist on Demand offers same-day delivery of prescription and non-prescription items to patients within the Houston metropolitan area. Alternatively, patients can schedule medication deliveries to better coincide with their schedules..
Scheduled Appointments
If a patient arrives 15 minutes past his/her scheduled appointment, the patient will incur a $15 late fee and will receive service for the remainder of the appointment time booked.
Account Balances
PharmAssist on Demand will require that patients with self-pay balances do pay their account balances to zero(0) prior to receiving further services by our practice.
